Mid 20th Century G Plan Brandon Light Oak Five Drawer Dressing Chest with Mirror

  
G Plan Brandon Oak Dressing Chest. This is a G Plan Brandon light oak veneered dressing chest or table with a tiltable removable mirror probably dating from the 1950s or 1960s. There are two small drawers either side at the top which curve outwards and are divided into two compartments each. Below this there are two larger drawers one of which is divided into three compartments and lined with brown velvet or a similar fabric.

Below these there is a further deeper full width drawer. Approximate dimensions are 107cm (42") in width, 46cm (18") in depth, 70cm (27.5") in height to the top surface and 141.5cm (55.75") in height to the top of the mirror. The dressing chest is in good overall condition for its age with no loose joints or other structural damage.

Cosmetically the dressing chest is also in good condition with no chips to the veneer. There is a small area of fading to the top right-hand surface as shown in one of the photos below. Apart from this there is just the odd minor mark or scratch to the wood however nothing particularly noticeable. Internally the drawers are also in good clean condition although there are a few minor marks or stains to the fabric lining from previous usage.

The mirror is intact with no damage to the glass and no particularly obvious marks or scratches. Please see below for some additional photos and do not hesitate to get in touch if you require any further details.
