Furniture is delivered to the door only, with no signature required, so it's completely contactless. Providing your items are in stock we aim to deliver as soon as possible - our deliveries operate Monday to Friday and usually within normal office hours. In most instances we use our own vans and drivers and can therefore confirm an estimated time slot. On some occasions we use an independent courier service who will deliver anytime between 08.30hrs and 17.30hrs. If this is the case you need to arrange for someone to be at the address during these hours. Items delivered using third party couriers are usually delivered on a next day service (this is not guaranteed) and we indicate if this service is available next to the individual product.
